Lynda French
Lynda started K C Consulting, Inc. in 2003 after teaching referral based business techniques to business owners through seminars. She opened her practice after noticing some of the seminar participants wanted to focus on their individual business needs and information on advanced closing techniques for refined business targets for more profitable business. She added the executive coaching arm of her practice to offer support to key executives and teams in companies wanting a better work experience and retention of key decision makers.
A client once said "Lynda, it worked so well I stopped doing it!" This comment often describes a common problem amongst those that are successful., they know intellectually what they need to do but need the assistance getting there.
After several years of discussion on expanding her company, Lynda’s husband Michael joined K C Consulting to offer Human Resource services to clients needing HR services in the areas of workplace culture development, performance management, wage and salary management, employee relations, leveraging personality traits training and development and benefits design.
Lynda is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the accepted gold standard leading global organization in coaching and has served on various community boards including the Virginia Beach Forum, Tidewater Adventist Academy and Shenandoah Adventist Academy boards.
Michael French
Michael is a Human Resources veteran of over 35 years, most recently 15 years with Bon Secours Mercy Health System as a Human Resources Executive. Michael is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute as well as a Certified Compensation Professional through the World at Work Total Rewards Association. He is currently serving on the board of Access Partnership, a non-profit with the mission of connecting people with healthcare needs not being met to available resources.
Michael has a proven track record of identifying strategic practices that will lift people up and help businesses meet their goals.
